Update time!

Hello everyone, I know it has been a VERY long time since I last posted. I just wanted to update you on everything that has happened in our lives over the past year. As I mentioned in my last post, I had a baby girl named Natalie Paige. She is 18 months old now and she is absolutely perfect. She is a bit spoiled, though, I have to admit. My son is about to turn 6 years old, and he will be starting school in September. It is amazing to see how much they grow. My husband and I are still together, and we are the happiest we have ever been. He is so amazing, and is truly my best friend. Last time I posted, we were all living in Texas, however, since then we have moved twice. The first time to Georgia, and now we live in Washington state. Why such a huge move, you ask? My husband is now in the Army and is an official badass. He really is. He is so great at what he does. It is unbelievable. We have not been through a deployment yes, and we hope we don't have to, even though I know that is unlikely. We are no longer living paycheck to paycheck, and we are not supported by the government anymore, which is a true blessing. My husband works about 13hrs a day, maybe more. We don't see him a lot. Like now, for example, when he is in the field for 2 weeks and we don't see him at all. It is hard, but it is worth it, I suppose. As for me, I am still in nursing school, but I have started my own business as a professional writer/editor. I am currently editing a book for a known published author, and it will be our shortly. The business is doing well, and I hope to write my own book soon. I am still in nursing school. It has taken longer then expected with 2 children and all the moving, but I am still pushing for it. I love it where we live, but we haven't seen our families in about a year, so that's hard. AND, I have lost 60lbs! I went from 217 to 158lbs in a matter of 3-4 months. I feel great and I am in fantastic shape! It just goes to show, you have to push for your goals. You will get there. Is there anything new going on with my once-upon-a-time readers?
